Helping
to meet your short term financial needs
In an ideal world, every one would have the financial predictability
and security that they want. The reality, on the other hand, is
that life is full of unpleasant surprises such as unexpected car
repairs, late payments, bounced checks, etc.
When life springs these surprises on you, we are here to help you
bridge your short term cash needs.
How
does it work?
In California, the law currently allows a maximum payday advance
of $300, including the fee. The fees are 15% of the check's face
value. This means that you write us a check for $300.00 and are
approved, we will give you CASH $255.00, immediately. We will agree
on a date, usually within 14 days, on which to electronically debit
your account to recover the money, or you may come into the store
and buy the check back.
What
information do you need to provide us?
To qualify for a fast easy cash advance, what we need from you is:
- Your
two most recent bank statements
- Your
two most recent pay stubs
- Your
phone or utility bill
- Your
check
- Your
ID (Driver’s license) and
- A
completed application
(you may download)
- I have read Express Cash Network's Bill of Rights (you may download)
There
is no set up charge, and when you approved, we give you cash, never
a check.
We do not carry out a credit check; however, we do subscribe
to Teletrac.
Like other financial institutions, we are subject to Federal Regulation
Z, TRUTH IN LENDING and Privacy Policy.
We
can also mail you a brochure that answers a few of other questions
you may have:
How often do most people obtain a payday advance?
What happens if I don’t have the funds necessary to repay
the advance on my due date?
If my account becomes past due, will I face criminal prosecution?
What can I do if I am dissatisfied with the service I receive?
How confidential is my information?
