SENDING MONEY?

Follow these 5 simple steps:

Step 1

Visit us at 2418 D Foothill Blvd, La Verne, taking some personal identification* with you.

Step 2

Let the teller know you want to send some money using moneygram
and hand the money you want to send and the transfer fee. You may also include a free 10-word message on the form.

Step 3

You will be given a reference number.

Step 4

Contact the person to whom you’re sending the money, and give him or her the reference number. In just 10 minutes** the money will be ready to collect.

* You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (bank statement or utility bill). Requirements vary by country so please ask your local MoneyGram® branch for acceptable identification formats.

RECEIVING MONEY?

It is required that you ask the person who is sending you money to give you your reference number – this will help speed up your collection.

Step 3

Complete our simple 'receive' form and show your identification – you will then be given your money, usually in your local currency.
